WHO WE ARE
My name is Buse Balbay, and I am the founder of Balbay Consulting Ltd.
I combine my strong professional background in managing, business and compliance with my deep knowledge of the sector to provide valuable projects and solutions to businesses in need.
Balbay Consulting's Origin Story
Balbay Consulting's origin story began when I worked at several international banks' head offices in Turkey. Through these experiences, I gained insight into a specific gap in the consultancy sector.
Those working in our field at banks have business and compliance expertise but often lack the time needed to execute their responsibilities. By contrast, consultancy agencies can provide the necessary time and resources but frequently lack deep business and compliance expertise.
My experiences in the industry, combined with the knowledge I gained from top institutions around the world, motivated me to establish a boutique consultancy company that provides fast and affordable services to businesses with limited time.
As an affiliate member of the International Compliance Association (ICA) based in London, UK, I hold an ICA Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering.

Consultancy
At Balbay Consulting, we offer advice and expertise to our clients to help ensure their companies function in a legal and ethical manner while meeting their business goals. We develop business and compliance programs and support management in decision-making by considering possible risks and opportunities. Additionally, we support our consultancy with AML and sanction control processes and provide services to review company policies, procedures, and requirements.
Project Management
Project management helps minimize risks and other problems that may arise during the project lifecycle. We initiate and manage projects for organizing compliance programs. At Balbay Consulting, we help complete and submit the relevant regulatory documents to ensure that the project achieves full regulatory compliance quickly and cost effectively.
Training
Compliance training is a specific type of training designed to inform individuals of their organizations' regulations, policies, and adherence to laws. This type of training helps protect a company's values and reputation in the event of an incident, and it is an important way to demonstrate a company's integrity in the corporate world.
